Truth Filled Thursdays

Lately I haven't been feeling myself. Besides being sick with sinus and ear infection I haven't been in a mood to do much of anything. Also I feel like my life is out of control. I am not sure what I should be doing or if I am even doing the right thing. (NOTE: This may sound like a pity party, but it's not meant to be.) I just want to work and love my job and co-workers. There are so many potential options out there, and not sure what the right direction is.  Then I looked to the side of my computer and saw my favorite verse.


2 Corinthians 4:8
We fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.
For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.


No matter what mood I am in this verse ALWAYS bring a smile to my face. What silly stuff I am worrying about doesn't matter it's all seen. I have been focusing on things that I can control, and not giving them up to the one who is in control. I need to focus on what is unseen. In the end, that is all that truly matters.
