Friday FunDay

On Friday I usually write about sports either on Fan Friday with Sarah at Venus Trapped In Mars or my segment on Fitness Friday. I haven't done Fitness Friday in a VERY long time, and it's about time I get back on the treadmill to do so.

Last night I got home and stepped on the scale. Let's just say I WASN'T happy with the number. I have NEVER weighted this much before, and I'm heading my butt to the gym this weekend. Plus, it's suppose to be 118 in Phoenix this weekend. Maybe I'll sweat it out too.

Also back to sports with Venus. I have been a bad sports fan lately. I haven't watch hardly in sports lately. I didn't know the NBA Draft started last night. I really thought it was Wednesday night. I didn't watch a single game of the College World Series. Sorry Mississippi State. I let you and the rest of the SEC down.

Hopefully some time away will give me some time to creative topics. Have a good weekend!
