It's summer time and swim suit season! Like most people, particularly women, I am not ready for swimsuit season at all. Gary and I mention constantly that we want to get in shape, but haven't committed the time and energy it requires to lose weight and being healthy.
We both go through spurts on not drinking soda and doing a minimal workout. Then things happen where we eat fast food constantly. We both want to get in shape but haven't been really putting in the effort.
Today is the first day that we have decided to start running. I am ready to be in shape and healthy. I have also signed up with Strong like Susan and Run to the Finish.

Pinterest is the most helpful and depressing tool. I find lots of great items but there is only 24 hours in a day.
