Fitness Friday

First of all this was suppose to post a few weeks ago. I asked the beginning the of the year what people wanted for a Friday blog. People overwhelming picked Fitness Friday. 

So this is the first week. Each week I will go over what I do for fitness, food receipes, workouts, etc. If I haven't covered it, and you want it. Let me know!! I will try to please everyone.

First off, you have to have the basic. Now I'm not talking like shoes, cute clothes, gym membership. I'm talking about easy apps you can download. Personally, I LOVE my fitness pal. It calculates all your workouts and your meals. What is awesome about this is that you can add friends as well. Best description is the facebook but for working out. The next thing I think is important, at least for me, is having a workout planner. Mine is pretty simple. I got it at Target in the $1 aisle. At the beginning of the month, I sat down and wrote down my target area. I came up with: Cardio, total body, back, arms, and legs.

  2. Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
    I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and
    screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off
    topic but I had to tell someone!
