Fitness Friday: Stretch it Out

This is something that I have been struggling with for a few weeks now. I try and stretch out in the morning and then again in the afternoon, but it doesn't seem to help. In fact it feels like I have been tighter. 

I usually try and go my yoga positions but I also love these great stretches from pinterest. 


The images below are stretches that I do usually right when I wake up.
