Fantastic Friday

With yesterday being the 4th we didn't do much of anything or eat anything healthy. I haven't really worked out at ALL this week. Gary and I were talking about why haven't we worked out. What is really stopping? We both came to the conclusion that we are just lazy. 

It kinda disappoints me because I had a goal for my birthday, but with it less than 2 weeks ago I won't hit it. I'm really upset, but I've been lazy. That needs to change. 

Last night I made the detox water going around pinterest with lemon, lime, mint, etc. You can find the recipe here. I'll keep you posted on how that goes. 

After talking with Gary about wanting to get in shape, and working out everyday. He decided to bribe me with clothes. (He's perfect, right?)

Here are a few of the workouts that I am doing this month!


This is another workout that I can't wait to try. I absolutely LOVE it! 


The one thing I need to do to everyday is from Blogilates. It is the beginner calendar.

  1. I remember seeing Bob do the cards workout with his team on biggest loser last season. I have been wanting to try it ever since, but it seems so daunting!

  2. I just signed up for Blogilates! I can't wait to start it! The bright and colorful calendars are enough to make me wanna do it, hahaha!
