I really liked it as well because I could keep track of everything that I was involved in ranging from Junior League, Delta Zeta, our workouts, and dinners. Then about half way through it got congested with blog stuff. This past year I got the little $1 planners from Target one for my workouts and another for my blog stuff. That didn't last long. I would always forget them, and it just got to be too confusing.
I would love to be able to purchase an Erin Condren planner, but the husband would kill me to know that I spend that much on a planner. After talking with several people they are great, but most of the time don't get used and usually sit on bookshelf. I've heard of May book but I just haven't purchased them yet. Crystal was also talking about another planner that she ordered, and I'm so excited to see if this planner will work.
So to all you amazing bloggers out there. How do you organize your post, giveaways, bloghops, etc? I got to know how you do it because it seems so effortless on your end. On the outside you seem like a pro, and I want to learn and see how you do it. PLEASE HELP!!
I have a May Book planner. It's cute, but I have really big handwriting. I have trouble fitting multiple events in each day block. I actually found a Mead planner at Target that it great.
ReplyDeleteI hated the Erin Condren. By February, I stopped carrying it around. It was huge and weighed almost 2 pounds...not that heavy but for a planner? That's ridiculous! I have one from Target that I absolutely adore and works PERFECTLY for me! Bonus: It was $7. Here's who made it: http://www.greenroomeco.com/planners
ReplyDeletei've been having that debate lately. i've been using my phone, but i don't necessarily want all my co-workers seeing my blog stuff. my phone calendar is my outlook calendar for work. i just bought a planner in the dollar section at Target last night. we'll see how it works.
ReplyDeleteI actually just have a regular notebook from Target that was around $5 that I use to write out posts and jot down my thoughts. I have a calendar for that month paperclipped in the front, and I keep sticky note to-dos on the inside cover.
ReplyDeleteIf you find one that actually works let me in on the secret. I always have good intentions but I can hardly make it through January with one.
