Fitness Friday

I am back for another Fitness Friday. I'm sorry for those of you who came to check out it last week. I was slammed at work. We crammed 4 months of selling in about 3 days. It has been crazy around here lately, but in a VERY GOOD way. I'm so excited that Hockey is back, and we are working.

With that being said, my fitness hasn't been a priority lately. I miss meals, and drink soda. Now that life has slowed down, and getting back to "normal" my workout is getting back in sync.

The best thing is not to dwell on the past, but look forward to the future. I'm getting back into the habit of scheduling and planning my meals. Doing workouts when I can. Hopefully this advice is helpful for you.
