So part of my New Years Resolution is to be more consistent with my blog. I have thought about theme days. Today I saw several and not really sure what I want to do. So I'm asking you the readers.
Fitness Friday: This will be where I write about how to change up your fitness routine or how to sneak in little workouts throughout the day. Just anything fitness. Remember, fitness isn't just about working out but changing the way you eat as well.
Food Friday: Lately we have been cooking in a lot more. I would blog about food I want to make or did make. We have been trying pinterest recipes lately. We also have been just throwing things in the crockpot and hoping for the best.
Friday Letters: I see everyone do this. I don't mind it, but I don't think that I would have enough people to "write" to each week.

Incorporated both fitness & food concern they go hand in hand? Perhaps alternative weeks?
