Peak, Pit, Praise, and Prayer

I found this post on Pinterest a while ago then couldn't find it then I found it again. (It was quite dramatic. lol) This actually isn't the first time I heard this. I actually heard it on the first season of Keeping Up with Kardashians.
{found on pinterest. no source is sited.}
 Gary and I have tried to get in the habit of doing this during dinner. It's a fun way to recap our day and also gives me an idea of how to pray for him better.

Peak: The highlight of your day. Something overall positive that happened during the day
Example: Usually it's about making a sale or something awesome at work.

Pit: The lowest point of your day. I usually try to spin it in a positive way or a blessing in disguise.
Example:  This varies from day to day. I have been struggling with some internal things lately. Usually things I need to put in God's hands and try not to control.

Praise: Praising God for something specific that happened.
Example: My praise for my life right now is that Gary and I are both working in sports. We met working in sports, and have tried hard to get back to a market that would allows to each follow our dream.

Prayer: Something dear to your heart that has been lingering around
Example: The lowest point right now is that I haven't been close to God at all lately. This has been something I have really been struggling with lately.

    1. I have a prayer journal that I use in a similar way. I like to write things out more than talking about them.
