Today is about something that is very near to my heart....my sorority. I am a Delta Zeta. While I didn't have the most typical sorority experience like other girls I love my sorority.
I pledged at the Henderson State University then transfered to Iowa State University. At Henderson I got a big but I was never close with her or my twin. I don't even talk to my big now. Then Iowa State I never really fit in with the other girls. I never felt like I had a place there.
The great thing about a sorority is that it's not just for four years its a lifetime. I love that I am able to be active as an alumnae. I love being active with the girls at UCO.
For whatever reason I was so afraid of going to a college with sororities when I was a senior in high school...so I didn't. It is so interesting to me how it is not a fur year thing, but a lifetime thing.
