Marriage

M was an easy one because of our anniversary being in April. M is for Marriage! Like I have been saying over and over Gary and I got married April 30, 2011 in Auburn Hills, Michigan. 

Gary proposed to me on a playground by our house in Topeka. We would go to this park all the time just to chat and think about everything. When Gary got the ring it was a rainy Friday afternoon, he asked if I wanted to go for walk. I was hesitant because it was chilly and I didn't want to go out but I did. As we were walking to the park it started to rain a little harder. So Gary started to sprint to the park so I ran to catch up. We played at the park for a little bit. 

Then....Gary got down on one knee and proposed. I'm not going to tell you what he said because that's private. At first I thought he was joking and asked if he was serious. He chuckled. He asked again and I said yes. I love him so much!

He did a great job picking out my ring. I have a pearl engagement ring. He picked it out all by himself. He knows how much I love pearls so he was on a mission. I absolutely love it!
