11 Days of Fitness

I have been doing the same morning workout for a while now. Not as consistant as I would like but a few times a week. Today I did the workout in reverse order and was amazed I completed it without getting tired.

New Fitness Tip: Try reversing the workout order to switch things up. (Probably a "duh" moment, but oh well.)

This morning I did 10 mountain climbers, the hundred position x3, 10 pushups, 50 Jumping Jacks. I also did some stretching positions as well. It feels good. I know I need to run again to stay on track to run a 5K by the end of the year.

  1. I am trying to train for 5k right now! I signed up for a turkey trot and just started training this week ahhh! Hopefully your 5k goes well too :)
