4th Day of Fitness {Really Late}

Today is the 4th day. The day has started off too good. I overslept today and didn't do my morning workout. I do plan on going to the gym tonight while hubbie is playing basketball with the boys. (BTW, I don't know about other wives, but I love it when my hubs goes out with guys.)

I am feeling good about working out and drinking water. I got a new water bottle last night. I can't wait to rock it. Not sure what I am going to do tonight, but I want to workout hard core. Like my body hurts tomorrow kind of hard core. (I'll let you know how that goes.) I ended up not working out that hard, but things happen.

So my workout didn't end up how I thought it would. I haven't worked out & I have overate & drank. So this weekend means I'm going to have to work hard.
