14 Days of Fitness

Today was a great workout! I did mostly cardio and some abs. My legs feel like jello. I did The Arc machine again, and this time I lasted 10 minutes. 

Next I did this new workout from Cassie at Blogilates. I only did the first 2 sets because my legs were killing me. My goal by the end of the month is to be able to the whole workout and be at week 4 for the Couch to 5K. (Wish me luck)

Tonight I am going to be planning my weekly workouts and food choices. This is has helped so much since the first week, but I am still not where I want to be with my planning. (This is me being a perfectionist.)

    I finally posted one of my workouts on my blog today. I always forget but today was great! I ran for 20 minutes at 4.5 which was 1.5 miles. Then I finished up with 15 minutes of weight training. Thanks for doing these posts! It's nice to know I'm not the only one hitting up the gym. Esther Norine Designs
