7th Day of Fitness

Today is Sunday! The day I have been waiting for all weekend. This week wasnt' so good for me workout wise. Not this week. I'm going to workout 6 out of the 7 days. I need to get serious about working out and losing this weight. (And keeping it off)

I did 3 quick workouts from blogilates. Then I came home & worked out with G. I did mostly cardio, but it felt amazing.
