Do what you can. I don't know about many of you, but I'm not a big fan of this statement. I don't want to do what I can, I want to do more! I'm reading a book right now that's called "You're Already Amazing." It's not about working out but more about faith and doing what you can with what God has given you. The more that I read this book the more I am taking in this statement. I do what I can, and TRYING not to feel guilty for doing more.
This morning I did a quick workout of
50 Jumping Jacks
20 crunches
The hundred
20 side to side crunches
I also got in some good stretches. I wish I made more time to do cardio because I am running a 5K this weekend. It will be good to just get out there and get a time.

Love your blog - just found it through the link-up. I've been working out this week for the first time in a while and I feel SO MUCH better! I love working out, I just hate getting all my clothes ready and getting to the gym :)
