Second Day of Fitness

Day 2 of getting in shape. This morning I felt great. I woke up before my alarm, and was ready to work out. I took our puppy, Heisman, out for a quick walk around the apartment. I wish he liked to be outside more but it was a quick in and out trip.

Before getting ready for work, I did a quick morning workout from Pinterest.

50 jumping jacks

5 pushups

20 crunches

20 mountain climbers

30 second plank
 
 
My other workout is sleep. I went home and feel asleep. I didn't feel well last night. I was very disappointed in myself. G noticed too because he asked me why I was so stressed out. I wasn't really stressed out, but more like I want to work out but I just don't have the energy.

On a positive side I did only have 12 oz of pop yesterday. Slowly but surely I will be drinking more water.

  1. Dear Jessa, I only did 20 minutes of weight lifting today when I had planned to do 30. I also ate potato chips, not a wise choice. I feel your pain but sleep is very good for losing weight. I have seen that on Biggest Loser before. On the plus side, I ran .74 miles in 10 minutes. That's pretty fast for me. :o)
