13 Days of Fitness

Saturday was a good day. I did a lot of the "lazy" girl workouts from a previous blog post. Since I have been trying to get in shape I do little workouts when and where I can. 

If I am waiting for people outside, I do calf raises on the curb. As we are walking to the car I do butt kicks and knee highs. I usually only do this when it's my husband and I. I have been thinking of ways to constantly be working out. 

I am happy to admit I have been drinking less pop and more water. During lunch G said he is impressed with how much more water I have been drinking. Awesome. 

My biggest struggle right now is still in my head. I tend to give up sometimes working out. I need to keep saying positive affirmations in head to finish a workout and keep going.
