Happy Founders Day!! Today is my sorority's birthday! I absolutely LOVE my sorority. I didn't have the most "traditional" sorority life, but being in a sorority is much more than 4 years.
As an alumnae one of the first things I do is look to find a DZ Alumnae group. I also look to get involved in the Panhellenic Group. I support all women going Greek. I think it is a great way to get involved on campus, and you never know where it will lead you.
I have met some amazing women as alumnae that I have helped me through a lot. I'm looking forward to getting more involved here in Phoenix.

I wish I had done the sorority thing but I didn't. I find other ways to get involved in the community though. Race for the cure, Central Oklahoma Parrothead Association, Independent Artists of Oklahoma, and so on. Don't you love meeting amazing people? I do. That's why I like to stay busy doing things. ReplyDeleteCompletely agree with getting involved in community. When I rushed everyone's thing is I don't need buy my friends. Being Greek is so much more than frat parties and "buying friends." I have some great sisters who are friends. It's all about getting out and helping people. Please it keeps me busy when the Mr is at events.
