24 Days of Fitness

Yesterday I didn't get in a good workout but I was still feeling my ab workout from Tuesday. I did a little bit around the house before we had a houseguest.

As I was doing the dishes, I counted all the dirty dishes and added 10 seconds for each dirty dish. I ended up during a wall sit for about 2 minutes. I also did wall sits while folding laundry. This one was more difficult because our puppy wanted to play instead of letting me do laundry.

I'm eating a little bit healthier but I am drinking tons more water. So all in all not where I want to be still but not doing to beat myself up about it.

  2. I often find that if I clean 'more vigorously' I somehow manage to work my abs- you actually have some really good ideas here!
