21 Days of Fitness

I have been on vacation these past couple of days, and decided to also use it as a time to really think about what is important to me. I really didn't get on my blog, social media or my cell during that time. I enjoyed my friends and family. I also got a little caught up in books as well.

If you are following along from the 31 Challenge you noticed that I have missed a few days. I am so sorry! This challenge is tough and I really strive to do these day by day instead of doing massive posts at time. This is all just my personal perspective.

So quick  recap,
Thursday: Morning routine. Did a lot of cardio.
Friday: Legs. Cardio on 2 differ machines and tons of squats, lunges, etc.
Saturday: REST. I felt horrible and slept like 18 hours. It felt great
Sunday: Cardio. Stretches.

Starting back on track with my Couch to 5k. I got some great motivation from A Dash of Southern on Sunday. She started her 5K on August 6th and ran a 5k without stopping. Amazing. Looking forward to that.
